  • I was so concerned my blood glucose was high. Carrie came on board and established my situation and discussed other options to look at in detail. She really got to understand my lifestyle, my strengths and how to work with these to improve my wellbeing. I had been interested in how stress may impact the readings and this was discussed throughout the sessions, looking at how I could reduce and manage stress more effectively. Carrie was brilliant at suggesting ideas to work with, meditation, mindset etc and we worked on incorporating these into my daily routine. We discussed sleep cycles and circadian rhythm, eating fermented foods for my micro biome. The evaluation and discussion was about me coming up with ideas and ways I could incorporate them into my schedule. Her manner and involvement was pitched just right. She evaluated my progress, setting goals each week that I agreed to, then revisiting and discussing my progress, looking at the results. These were always positive and reflective and she had a way to make me feel better, focusing on my determination and commitment. I have gained a great deal of confidence working with Carrie and am feeling a great deal better and my blood glucose has started to reduce. I would highly recommend Carrie as a health coach, her background experience and her extensive knowledge in health and fitness was excellent.
